All work is prefaced by consciously stating and keeping in mind that all is from Hashem, and that He has already provided and delivered all healing and restoration and we are simply messengers to enable this healing to surface.

Our Or Emunah approach operates strictly within Torah values and Jewish law, and is under continued Rabbinic supervision. Most importantly, our energy work carries the halachic certification of Rabbi Benzion Y. Wosner, Rosh Beis Din Shevet Halevi and ongoing supervision of Rav Yechiel Malik, Rosh Beit Din and Rosh Horaah of Tom’s River/Or Emuna Rav Mashpia.  When your teen participates, they’re engaging with practices that have been thoroughly vetted and deemed beneficial according to the highest standards of Jewish law.

* Students only work on themselves – never on others – eliminating concerns about inappropriate spiritual influence or boundary violations.

* We complement but never replace therapy or medical care. Parents are informed if we believe additional professional support would benefit their teen.
* We maintain strict guidelines for sharing and group interaction, ensuring no teen feels pressured to disclose more than they’re comfortable with.

* Each track has its own dedicated WhatsApp group that provides ongoing peer support in a safe moderated environment throughout the program and up to 2 weeks following the last live class.

Yes, teens with various conditions are welcome and often benefit significantly from our program. Many of our most successful participants have joined while managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum differences, learning disabilities, and other challenges. We can modify participation methods, provide additional support, or adjust our approach to ensure every teen feels comfortable and successful in the program.

Energy work is a practice rooted in the Jewish understanding that everything in creation is a manifestation of G-d’s will and divine energy. There is no separation between the spiritual and physical – everything we see and experience is energy expressing Hashem’s desire for us to exist and thrive.
Through guided exercises, meditation, and safe exploration, students learn to sense, understand, and work with their own energy systems. All healing is ultimately self-healing – we simply help them uncover and activate the divine healing power that G-d has already placed within them.
This approach honors both our Jewish values and the natural intuitive abilities Hashem gave every person.

Think of energy work as a way of helping the body and mind feel balanced and calm by working with the natural “life force” or vitality that every human being has. Think of it like the electricity that powers your phone—there’s an invisible current flowing through you that keeps you alive, moving, and feeling.

When we’re stressed, hurt, or carrying heavy emotions, that flow can feel blocked—like a traffic jam inside. Energy work helps release those blocks so the “traffic” can move freely again.

Energy work is about giving your body the space to naturally return to balance. Just like taking a deep breath helps you calm down, energy work uses simple techniques to support the body’s built-in ability to heal and recharge.

There is mandatory preparatory work before the course begins, to ensure every teen comes ready to fully engage and benefit from the class time. Between classes, we offer light optional practice assignments – simple exercises or reflections that help reinforce what they’ve learned.

Parents receive general updates on participation and any concerns that affect their child’s wellbeing. We don’t share personal details teens discuss in the group, but we do communicate about their engagement and progress.
Most importantly, parents will always be notified immediately if anything truly concerning is brought up that requires professional intervention. Your teen’s safety always takes priority over confidentiality.
