Or Emuna FAQs on Energy Healing
What is energy healing?
Energy healing is the practice of restoring balance to the body’s natural energy field—emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
It works by clearing energetic blockages that stem from trauma, stress, or negative patterns.
When energy flows freely, the body and soul return to a state of harmony and clarity.
It’s a gentle, powerful way to support deep healing from within—rooted in awareness, intention, and divine connection.
How does energy healing work?
Every human being carries an energetic field that reflects their emotional, spiritual, and physical state.
When pain, trauma, or fear disrupt this flow, it creates blockages that affect our well-being.
Energy healing gently clears those blockages, restoring divine flow and reconnecting us to our highest self.
At Or Emuna, this process is rooted in Torah, Tefillah, Emuna and specific protocols unique to our program—bringing healing from the soul outward.
What can energy healing help with?
Energy healing supports the body and soul in releasing what weighs it down.
It can help with:
• Emotional pain, anxiety, sadness, or trauma
• Feeling stuck, disconnected, or spiritually blocked
• Physical symptoms that stem from stress or energetic imbalance
• Healing from past abuse, grief, or life transitions
• Restoring inner peace, clarity, and a sense of purpose
At Or Emuna, energy healing is guided by Emuna, Torah wisdom, and compassion—awakening your inner light so you can live with greater vitality and connection.
Even from afar, this process can release emotional pain, bring clarity, and reawaken your connection to Hashem and your inner strength.
Each session is sacred, personal, and tailored to support the healing your soul is ready to receive.
What can I expect during an energy healing session?
Or Emuna energy healing sessions are gentle, soul-centered, and often done remotely.
The work is not performed on the physical body, but on your energy body—your light-filled, bio-energetic field that surrounds and influences your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
How long is an energy healing session?
A typical energy healing session lasts 60 to 90 minutes, including a brief consultation and time for post-session feedback.
How many energy healing sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and condition. There is no specific roadmap of time or number of sessions. In general, a series of six to eight sessions is needed to start with. A personalized plan can be discussed after your first session.
Is energy healing a replacement for medical treatment?
No. Energy healing is complementary to medical and psychological care, not a substitute. Always consult with your doctor for medical concerns.
Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No belief is required. A willingness to be open to the experience is enough. Many people benefit regardless of their belief system.
Are there any side effects to energy healing?
Most people feel relaxed and calm after a session. Some may experience temporary emotional release, lightheadedness, or fatigue—signs the body is adjusting and releasing stored energy. We call them ‘side effects’ that may occur and generally pass after 24 hours.
How should I prepare for an energy healing session?
You don’t need to do anything specific beforehand. Just pray for the sessions to be in a balanced alignment for your optimal healing.
Is energy healing safe for everyone, including children and seniors?
Yes. Energy healing is gentle and non-invasive, making it suitable for people of all ages and conditions.
Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes—energy healing sessions can be done from anywhere in the world.
Because the work is focused on your energy field—not your physical body—it’s not limited by time or space.
Your practitioner tunes into your light body, using intention, prayer, and learned skilled techniques including spiritual tools to gently shift and release what’s ready to heal.
Clients often feel just as held, seen, and transformed during remote sessions as they do in person—sometimes even more so, in the comfort of their own space.

Or Emuna FAQs on Meditation
What is meditation?
Meditation is a focused state of awareness that helps calm the mind, center the emotions, and bring clarity to the soul. It engages the parasympathetic nervous system and promotes neuroplasticity, making it a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
It often involves breathing, visualization, or silence to create inner peace and presence.
What is the difference between meditation and Jewish meditation?
Meditation is the practice of quieting the mind and turning inward to reconnect with your soul and with Hashem.
It creates space to listen—not to the noise of the world, but to the truth that already lives inside you.
Through focused breathing, imagery, or heartfelt intention, meditation helps you settle into the present moment, release inner tension, and align with Divine wisdom.
In the Or Emuna way, meditation becomes a sacred pause—a moment of healing, Emunah, and remembering who you truly are.
What are the benefits of meditation?
Regular meditation can:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve focus and clarity
• Enhance emotional regulation
• Promote better sleep
• Increase self-awareness and inner peace
• Support overall mental and physical well-being
How long should I meditate?
Beginners often start with 5–10 minutes a day and gradually increase to 20–30 minutes or more. Consistency matters more than duration.
What type of meditation is best for beginners?
Some beginner-friendly types include:
• Mindfulness meditation (observing thoughts without judgment)
• Guided meditation (audio or video instruction)
• Breath-focused meditation
• Body scan meditation
Do I have to clear my mind completely when I meditate?
No. It’s normal for thoughts to arise. Meditation teaches you to observe them without getting caught up in them—not to eliminate them.
What’s the best time of day to meditate?
Many people meditate in the morning to set a calm tone for the day, or in the evening to unwind. Ultimately, the best time is when you can practice consistently.
Can meditation help with anxiety or depression?
Yes. Meditation can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by calming the nervous system, increasing awareness, and fostering a more balanced perspective. It works best as part of a broader wellness plan.
What if I get bored or restless while meditating?
That’s completely normal, especially in the beginning. Try shorter sessions or guided meditations, and remember that meditation is a skill that improves with practice.
Do I need special equipment or a quiet place to meditate?
No special equipment is needed. A quiet, comfortable space helps, but you can meditate almost anywhere—sitting on a chair, cushion, or even during a walk.
Can children or seniors meditate?
Yes. Meditation can be adapted for all ages and abilities. There are even specific techniques designed for children, teens, and older adults.
What if I fall asleep while meditating?
It’s completely okay—especially in the beginning. Falling asleep during meditation often means your body and nervous system are finally relaxing and letting go.
Rather than judging it, see it as a sign that your soul feels safe enough to rest.
Over time, as you continue to practice, you’ll strengthen your ability to stay aware while entering deeper states of stillness.
Even when you drift off, the healing intention of the meditation still works on your subconscious and energetic field.
So be kind to yourself—rest can be part of the process too.
Can pregnant woman do meditation or breath work ?
Yes, and it’s often highly beneficial.
Gentle meditation and breath work can help pregnant women reduce stress, connect to their baby, and create a calm, nurturing inner environment.
These practices support emotional balance, deepen spiritual awareness, and even prepare the body for birth.
At Or Emuna, meditations are always guided with care and aligned with Torah values—making them safe, soulful, and supportive for expectant mothers.
As always, it’s best to let your practitioner know you’re pregnant so they can tailor the session to meet your needs.
What’s the difference between mindfulness and meditation?
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, while meditation is a structured way to develop mindfulness and other qualities like compassion or focus.
Is meditation religious?
While some forms of meditation have spiritual or religious roots, meditation itself is not inherently religious. Many people practice it purely for mental and physical well-being.
