THE EXPERIENCE
Join us for a live, experiential workshop to pause and meet your inner slave and your inner Pharaoh — the fears, habits, need to control, and the stories keeping your soul small.
Before the cleaning. Before the seders. There’s a different kind of preparation calling you…
Together we’ll:
Identify: What is still enslaving your energy.
Insight: The spiritual meaning of your journey to redemption.
Learn: How to gently release it.
Action: Embodied visualization to cross your personal Yam Suf.
Freedom: How to receive real inner freedom before Pesach begins.
WORKSHOP STRUCTURE
Part 1: Meeting Your Inner Egypt
- Check-in & Centering: Grounding meditation to connect with your inner self.
- Exodus Journey: Identify parts that feel stuck, trapped, or controlling.
- Story Work: Explore narratives of limitation — where have old patterns kept you small?
Part 2: Crossing Your Personal Yam Suf
- Embodied Visualization: A guided journey to encounter and release trapped parts.
- Integration Exercise: Compassionately hold each part, offering care and listening.
- Reflection: Recognize what liberation feels like in your body, heart, and mind while honoring each person’s own choice about what to share.
TORAH & PESACH CONNECTIONS
- Exodus as Internal Journey: Each person in the Exodus narrative represents a different part of ourselves in the journey from slavery to freedom.
- Freedom is Spiritual: Pesach reminds us that liberation is as much inner as outer.
- Community & Witnessing: Healing deepens when it is shared and witnessed by others.
CLOSING REFLECTION
Take a moment to feel the work you’ve done. Each step of this journey has brought awareness to the parts of yourself that needed to be seen, acknowledged, and held with compassion.
“…we’re tending to and healing the parts of ourselves that were trapped there.”
This is the essence of IFS: recognizing every part’s story, offering it care, and allowing it to integrate into your whole self. Just as Pesach is a time of liberation, we too can celebrate freedom within — freeing those parts that have been stuck, carrying unprocessed pain, or feeling unheard.
