The Program
Orit Esther has crafted an immersive, Torah-based program rooted in the teachings of the Ba’al Shem Tov, his disciples, and a refined understanding of Jewish psychology.
Rise & Shine is a coaching certification program developed the Or Emuna way — structured, spiritually grounded, and deeply human. It is both a path of inner development and a framework for responsible influence.
In Stage I, participants gain practical tools for emotional clarity, self-awareness, and embodied emuna.
Those who choose to continue into Stage II move toward certification as Or Emuna Professional Coaches, applying this wisdom in guiding and holding others. Others carry the learning forward into their personal avodah and leadership roles.
In Stage I, you will study and integrate:
- A Torah framework for understanding the human being as a composite of soul, body, parts, and energies
- The distinction between tafkid (role & mission) and tikkun (restoration & healing), and how this reshapes self-responsibility and growth
- Male and female energies as the architecture of inner life and relationships
- Emuna as an orientation of consciousness, not a slogan or belief system
- Mirror awareness: understanding emotional triggers as information, not threats
- The Baal Shem Tov’s transformational approach to traits, struggles, and inner resistance
- A Torah-based understanding of trauma as interrupted flow, not identity
- Renewal, pleasure, willpower, and spiritual vitality as central to healing

Validate insight and growth while constructively challenging stagnation
Communicate perspective through lived experience, helping clients reframe and expand possibility
Support clients in building ownership, responsibility, and committed action

Allow emotional states to be processed without judgment, enabling forward movement
Stage II trains mashpia leadership — steady presence, ethical influence, and applied wisdom.
Stage II: Mashpia Presence & Facilitated Growth
Purpose of Stage II
Stage II is designed for women who feel called to go further — not only in their own inner growth, but in their capacity to hold, guide, and influence others with integrity and care.
This stage focuses on embodying a Torah-rooted consciousness and cultivating holy confidence — the kind that is quiet, grounded, and sustainable. Participants develop the presence, discernment, and inner stability required to support others without ego, bypassing, over-involvement, or burnout.
Stage II is not about becoming a therapist or “fixing” people.
It is about learning how to stand firmly in oneself, read situations with clarity, and facilitate growth responsibly — while remaining anchored, boundaried, and emotionally well.
This is the formation of a mashpia: someone who elevates others by who she is, not by force, performance, or depletion.
In Stage II, you will learn:
What it truly means to step into mashpia consciousness
How to hold others without absorbing, rescuing, or collapsing
The ethics and responsibility of influence and facilitation
How to distinguish between empathy, projection, and appropriate boundaries
The Baal Shem Tov’s healing principles as applied to real human encounters
How emuna, presence, and pacing support healing more than technique alone
How to guide others back to their own inner resources and faith
Practical tools for facilitation rooted in Torah wisdom and psychological insight
You will walk away from Stage II with:
The ability to sit with others’ pain without losing yourself
Clear internal boundaries that support sustainable helping roles
A refined understanding of when to intervene and when to trust the process
Confidence grounded in humility, not performance
The capacity to influence others through presence, clarity, and faith
A framework you can apply with clients, students, community members, and loved ones
Stage II is for women who understand that true leadership begins with inner steadiness, and that real influence is quiet, ethical, and deeply grounded.

Frequently Asked Questions
Definitely! Men are encouraged to sign up for this life-changing, informative program. The first year for men are without the spiritual intimacy part of each class. In the second year, men join the live class.
No, and somewhat yes. This course is to become a better you and learn skills to be a thoughtful mentor and professional facilitator. What’s the difference? As a mentor and facilitator, you’re expected to provide motivation and emotional support, be a great listener and know how to reflect to another person what’s bothering them so they can gain clarity and move forward. It’s to be a trusted guide through mutual interaction, not to provide concrete action plans, which a life coach might do. In this course, you will solidify your sense of self and resilience and then learn how to provide guidance, motivation, and emotional support to others, which will translate into a professional role and potential career with income. It’s up to you to decide how to invest the tools gained and make it a career and/or utilize the tools for personal use.
Each session is about 2 and ½ hours, but the time will fly! I am jumping in my seat to teach this course’s fantastic, geulah’dig material. It’s life-saving material each woman and man needs to learn. It clarifies our role, strengthens our spiritual and emotional core, and teaches us how to be at peace with all of our energy powers. Some classes may extend the 2 and 1/2 hours so please plan accordingly.
The course is a live, online training via Zoom Conference. Attendance isn’t mandatory for the first year; if you miss a class, you can watch the recording. For the second year, attendance is compulsory. Each class will be recorded and available online for up to one year from when they’re uploaded.
Year 1 may be learned through the course recordings. Women will receive the entire class recording. Men will receive the whole class minus the last 45 minutes, which teaches spiritual intimacy geared only for women. During year 2, online attendance is available and required for everyone.
For second year participants only there is a one-time 1-on-1 personal phone or zoom meeting with Orit Esther. The goal of this 30-minute meeting is to facilitate you through your written journaling experience, which is reviewed periodically by Orit Esther, and mentor you as you grow into your Facilitating title.
One doesn’t need to be married to join the program. The only requirement is to be over 18 years old and have a growth-oriented mindset. The teachings on family purity are geared towards women who have already learned it beforehand. It will be deeply explored at an advanced pace and not meant for beginners.
You must believe Hashem is the only G-d in the universe and live your life guided by His Torah.
Begin Your Rise & Shine Journey
Participants consistently describe Rise & Shine as clarifying, stabilizing, and quietly transformative — reshaping how they relate to themselves, others, and their role in the world. Step into your calling. Your growth can become someone else’s breakthrough.
